Located on El Malecon Avenida in front of the beach on the 10th floor, high enough to be away from the street. It is a short walking distance from the two large supermarkets Carullo and Olympica, restaurants, boutiques, a Cafeteria and a Cinema are within 1 to 3 blocks. The apartment usually has a breeze or the four ceiling fans in each room or the two air conditioners if you get desperate. Excellent 24 hour security and a nice lobby. 2 bedrooms and a maids room (essentially a 3rd bedroom with bed and bathroom) There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has a gas stove and refrigerator and black granite counter tops. The main bathroom has a hot water shower device which is very adequate for its purpose. The balcony overlooks the ocean.
